Cancellation/Refund Policy

All deposits paid are non-refundable if booking is cancelled as the deposit payment guarantees a room placement.

Should a student withdraw from the residence during the academic year, their deposit is forfeited and all monies paid to date are forfeited and will also be liable to pay all outstanding amounts due for the academic year.

At the end of the academic year, rooms will be inspected for damage. Deposits will be refunded less any damage charged and any unpaid fines imposed during the year..
